A WIND CHILL WARNING will be in effect for most of the state through 10 am Saturday. Winds gusting 40 mph + are causing scattered power outages around the state. Saturday: Bitter/Brutal start with wind chill 15-35 below until 8am with lots of sea smoke on the waterways early. Partly sunny, with a lighter wind and still very cold but the dangerous wind chills are gone!! Highs in the teens to low 20s.
Sunday: Partly sunny and milder. Highs in the mid 40s.
Monday: A few clouds with highs in the mid 40s.
Tuesday: Sun and clouds. Highs in the low to mid 40s.
Wednesday: Chance of a few morning showers. Highs in the upper 40s.
